What to email about

• Support. Stuck signing in, missing markets, edges that look wrong - send the wallet address you used (no need for the seed phrase, ever) and what you saw.
• Billing. Subscription, refunds, builder fees - include the on-chain transaction hash if relevant.
• Account deletion. Email from any address; sign the deletion request with your wallet so we can confirm ownership.
• Security issues. See the security page for responsible disclosure.
• Press, partnerships, integrations. Same inbox, just say so in the subject line.

What not to email

• Your wallet's private keys or seed phrase. We will never ask for these.
• Trading advice requests. polypin shows the numbers; the decisions are yours.
