Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-01.
PolyPin is operated by Datalens Limited. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Wallet address. When you sign in we record your Ethereum wallet address. We use it as your account identifier: no email, no name, no password.
- Subscription state. If you upgrade we record your tier and the on-chain transaction that paid for it.
- Synced trading activity. When you sign in we read and store your Polymarket trading history for the history and analytics features: fills, positions and results tied to your wallet address. Wallet address and synced activity are kept while your account exists and deleted when you ask us to delete your account.
- Usage telemetry. Standard server logs: request paths, response codes, timestamps, IP addresses (truncated). Retained 30 days.
Access restrictions
Where Polymarket's markets can be traded is decided and enforced by Polymarket, not by PolyPin. If Polymarket's API rejects an order for geographic reasons, we keep a record that the rejection occurred: the wallet address, the timestamp and the fact that access restrictions were applied. We do not record your location. These records are kept with the rest of your account data and are removed when your account data is deleted.
What we don't collect
- Your wallet's private keys (they never leave your device).
- Your custody or funds (we never touch them).
- Your email or other personal identifiers.
Cookies + local storage
PolyPin uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between page refreshes; it's cleared when you sign out or clear your browser data. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics on the app side. The marketing site (polypin.gg) serves its fonts (Inter, Rajdhani) from its own domain and makes no third-party requests. The marketing site (polypin.gg) sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and serves everything, including fonts, from its own domain. You can clear your browser storage for PolyPin at any time; PolyPin will simply ask you to sign in again.
Your rights
You can stop using PolyPin at any time by disconnecting your wallet. We can delete your account on request: email contact@polypin.gg from any address and sign the deletion request with your wallet to prove ownership.
Legal basis, storage and complaints
Where UK data protection law applies, we process your wallet address, subscription state and synced trading activity because we need them to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract), and usage telemetry and access-restriction records under our legitimate interest in running and protecting the service.
Account data is stored in the European Economic Area. If we ever transfer it outside the UK or EEA we will apply the safeguards the law requires.
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, email us first and we will try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be flagged in the app.
