Terms of Service
By accessing or using polypin (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What polypin is
polypin is a non-custodial terminal for Polymarket esports markets. Free users can place trades through their own wallet; Pro users additionally see live Pinnacle odds and historical market data for context. polypin does not:
- Hold customer funds (trades route wallet-to-Polymarket directly)
- Act as a counterparty to any trade
- Process payments on behalf of any betting platform
- Provide gambling advice
What you're responsible for
- Your wallet, keys, and any funds in it. polypin never has access.
- Your tax and regulatory status in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions restrict access to Polymarket or to prediction markets generally - that's your responsibility to comply with.
- Your own risk management. CLV is a probabilistic edge; past edges don't guarantee future profits.
Subscription
Pro is billed at $49.99/month in crypto. The Free tier carries a 0.25% builder fee on trades routed through the polypin terminal. You can cancel Pro any time; the subscription stops at the end of the current paid cycle. No refunds for partial periods.
Data accuracy
We try to keep Pinnacle data accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee it. Source-side outages, API errors, or our own bugs can delay or distort what you see. The terminal is provided "as is" - no warranty of fitness for any purpose.
Limit of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, polypin and its operators are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service - including but not limited to betting losses, missed edges, data errors, or downtime.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access if you abuse the API, attempt to scrape data at rates outside your subscribed tier, or violate applicable laws.
Changes
These Terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
