Terms of Service

By accessing or using PolyPin (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What PolyPin is
PolyPin is a data and analytics product for Polymarket esports markets, with a free non-custodial trading terminal. Subscribers see live Pinnacle odds and historical market data for context. PolyPin charges no fee of any kind on trades; orders are signed in the user's own browser and submitted directly to Polymarket. PolyPin does not:
- Hold customer funds (trades route wallet-to-Polymarket directly)
- Act as a counterparty to any trade
- Provide gambling, investment or financial advice. The data and analytics are informational only and are not a recommendation to trade
What you're responsible for
- Being at least 18 years old. PolyPin is not for minors.
- Your wallet, keys, and any funds in it. PolyPin never has access.
- Confirming that you are not a person, and are not in a jurisdiction, that sanctions law prohibits us from supplying.
- Your tax and regulatory status in your jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions restrict access to Polymarket or to prediction markets generally: that's your responsibility to comply with.
- Your own risk management. CLV is a probabilistic edge; past edges don't guarantee future profits.
The data subscription
The data subscription costs $49.99 for 30 days, paid in crypto. It is not a subscription: nothing renews on its own, and access ends when the paid period does. Payments cover a fixed 30 day period and are not refundable except where the law requires otherwise. By paying, you ask us to start your data access immediately and acknowledge that once access begins you lose the 14 day cancellation right that would otherwise apply to distance purchases. Crypto payments are push transactions: check the amount and address before confirming in your wallet, because the network side of a mistaken transaction cannot be reversed.
Data accuracy
We try to keep Pinnacle data accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee it. Source-side outages, API errors, or our own bugs can delay or distort what you see. The terminal is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude.
Limit of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyPin and its operators are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed edges, data errors, or downtime. Subject to that, PolyPin's total liability for all claims arising in any 12 month period is capped at the amount you paid PolyPin in the 12 months before the first claim arose, or $50 if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, and nothing affects statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access if you abuse the API, attempt to scrape data at rates outside your subscribed tier, or violate applicable laws.
Changes
These Terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app with reasonable notice before they take effect, and no change applies to a 30 day period you have already paid for: changes take effect from your next purchase. Continued use after that means you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them or from use of PolyPin is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
